Villain in this hand has just over 4BB in front of him. Preflop he is slightly loose and very passive at 30/3 over a smallish sample. I have seen him donkbet several times on the flop from the blinds when facing a possible steal. I have never seen him showdown however, so I am not positive on its meaning.
Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 1 fold, Hero raises, 1 fold, SB calls, 1 fold. After this donkbet, I decided that I wanted to get as much of his money in the pot as possible, and I can't imagine folding my hand at any point. I don't know if this was a good plan or not. Turn: (3.50 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) SB bets, Hero calls. River: (5.50 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players) SB checks, Hero bets After this check on the river, I am fairly confident that he would fold any bluff/busted draw, and check-raise anything else to put his last 1.5BB in the pot. Given the scenario, did I misplay my hand? Was the river bet OK (I don't know if this is as easy as at first glance)? |
