Mail from Intercasino, what do they mean?

Got a mail from ICP about their updated software. Logged in and tried it for one hand to find that the software still sucks, and sent a reply to Ryan H. Can someone explain to me what they mean with their answer?

but I assure you it is. When using the advance buttons, for instance to
FOLD, the table window gets activated when it's my turn. This is SO annoying
when you're doing other stuff besides playing at your site. I play multiple
sites and/or browse the web, and when I use the FOLD advance button, there
is no need whatsoever for me to be notified that it is my turn and that I
folded.

That's the main reason why I don't play at your site.
Should be SO easy to fix for your software guys, but I guess it won't be
done.

mentioned this to us. However, they ask you whether you want to fold prior
to your turn to bet, and even if you click on "Fold" prior to your turn,
they will ask again once it is your turn as we have had customers who has
hit fold button by accident and their hand got folded. It is basically
confirming whether or not you want to fold or not. I apologise for the
inconvenience our software has caused you.
