Default TT in LP vs possible QQ or flush draw in MP

How would you play the following:

I've got T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in LP. En pretty good player sitting in MP limps in, I raise, everbody folds except the MP who calls.

Thie flop is: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

MP checks, I bet, he calls.

The turn is Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

MP bets, I ???

Should I assume that he has another Q and fold? My odds for another T aren't all that good, but he could also be sitting on A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]x [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] draw. How would you play this?
