Default Big stack, out of position

Opening raiser has not been out of line at all. Caller is loose.

One of the weaker areas of my game is how to play a big stack (I am top 10 in chips out of 100). What's the concept here? Is a squeeze play automatic, or is there too much chance of the opener having a real hand?
