Multimons w/ two LCD sizes/two different resolutions

Gonna buy a 20" and already have a 15" -- will their be problems trying to run one in 1600x1200 and the other at it's max 1024x768 w/ an expanded desktop?

Also, are most dual-head graphics cards going to allow me to use both the VGA and the DVI outputs at the same time, or are there some to be avoiding? Just trying to nail this down before I order the graphics card tonight. Thank you guys for your help so far!
