Help with Boss media sites.

I have played on SportingBet and TotalPoker and I now want to play on Casino.net but I have run into a problem. I used the same neteller account for Sportingbet and TotalPoker and tried to with Casino.net but it says that I can only use 1 neteller account for Boss Media software. Well, I have, but for some reason I am still getting this error. Has anyone gotten this in the past? How did you resolve the issue?
