stats post; need advice

what do you think about those stats for 3/6 SH:

vpip 19%, PFR 14%, won $ when saw flop 40% and went to SD 34%.

do you think this is too tight preflop? what do you think is a good vpip range? and what about the other stats?

i aplogize this boring post, but the questions are quite important for me.
