Poker Tracker not recognizing all the hands I played today

Ive never had this problem with PT before. I played for about 3 hours today (3/6 6max) and when I imported the hands it only had a few hundred of them. I only noticed becaused i rivered 2 royal flushes today and went to look at them, only to find one :-(. I did have several problems with eurobet freezing today and having to relaunch the program. Does this matter at all? I have had this problem with eurobet shutting down a fair amount but I dont think PT has missed hands as a result(not that I know of anyway). Also, fwiw I use PT and pokerace while playing... no idea if that has any effect
