$25 PL: Drawing Hand
I flop a draw to the nut flush and nut low. Should I be betting pot on each street with hands like this?
Should I try to check until I have a made hand? I find myself in these situations all the time and I'm unsure of the best line to take. Party Poker (10 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 7 limpers see the flop Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (7 players) I pot it and get 1 caller Turn: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) . I pot it and he calls again. River: 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) Well, I missed all my draws. I don't stand a chance at the pot. Should I stab at it or cut my losses? I check/folded a huge pot and lost about $10. Was this well played, poorly played, or just so standard that it's boring? Comments on all streets appreciated. |
