All of these examples take place in a SH game.

1)Suppose you open-raise from the button. The small blind 3-bets. The big blind folds. Which hands will you cap here?

2)Suppose you open-raise from the cutoff. The button 3-bets. Its folded back around to you. Which hands do you cap here?

3)Suppose the button open-raises. You 3-bet from the SB. The button caps. Which hands do you call his cap with?
