Default Flop A Bad Top Pair - Too weak?

Here I flop a weak top pair with a BB hand. I face immediate pressure an dhave no backdoor draw. Is it right to check fold this turn unimproved? Donkbet? Checkraise? This seams SOOOO weak to a 6max player such as myself, but I just dont see what else I can do here.

Party Poker 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (9 handed) link

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
4 folds, CO calls, 1 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (3.00 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, CO raises, SB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (3.50 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 4.50 BB.
