Default Stud/8 Getting back to basics - is this a hand you play?

I am still trying to develop my stud/8 game, and I having been reestablishing the basics to myself (i.e. rereading Zee's book). I ran into this situation recently wasn't sure there was a clear "correct" play.

Seat 7 was on a relatively short stack, but otherwise I had no read on him. I assume Seat 2 is playing a pair of kings, which means I'm a huge dog for the high end. I'm never excited about a 7 low, particularly when there's no str8 or flush chances, but here another apparent 7 low is raising....

hmmmmmm...

thoughts?
