Default Many super maniacs on Party recently?

I’m used to seeing “typical” maniacs around the 42/12 (VP$IP/PFR) range but it seems the past two or three weeks that there are a very large number of low limit games on Party that contain two super maniacs with numbers more like 52/19 ... guys who will 3 bet a check raiser with one overcard and no draws and continue to bet or raise the turn.

Anybody else notice this recent influx? Any explanation for it? Is there a new book out or some website giving out such lessons? I'm wondering if this is like when the Helmuth book came out and there were many players hammering 77 all the way.
