bet 365 question (plus a parlay)

I just created an account at bet365 like 2 days ago.
I did the casino bonus (barely broke even [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]), and then the sportsbook bonus (bet 50, get another match bet, both on ucla [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]).

Now i want to cash out my money (i dont really like the site that much), but it says i cant cashout through the webpage?
Is this standard for neteller deposit/withdraws?
If so how long does it usually take for a cashout (i sent an email)?
