If he needs 22:1 (implied) to make the call profitable, but he has to put in 2 sbs, doesn't that mean he needs to win ~44 sbs in bets to make the call good? (44sbs total - immediate 21 sbs in pot = 23 sbs implied bets = ~11 BBs).
