Default Out-of-position gutshot 2nd-nut flush on the river

Party $100 PL Omaha

Villain has $140, I have everybody covered with $180

Dealt to Hero [ 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ]
4 fold, Hero calls [$1]. CO calls [$1]. Villain calls [$1]. UTG folds. SB calls [$0.50]. BB checks.

** Flop ** [ Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ]
2 check, Hero bets [$4.75], CO calls [$4.75]. Villain calls [$4.75]. 2 fold

** Turn ** [ 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ]
Hero bets [$18.30], CO folds, Villain calls [$18.30].

** River ** [ T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ]
Hero bets [$30], Villain is all-In.

It's around $95 more for me to call. The all-in at the river really sucks. Should I have just check-called or check-folded the river instead of making the "blocking" bet? How are the other streets? My read on the villain is that he is tight/passive preflop but aggressive and competent on the latter streets.
