I've only recently made the move to .50/1.00 after ~10k
hands of .25/.50. I've relied strictly on the SSHE recommendations pre-flop and on my math background to keep me +EV after the flop. I'm trying to add some spice to my game (does a c/c:c/r qualify as "spice"; I doubt it). Is this an appropriate situation to use the check/call on the flop followed by the turn check/raise? That is, is two pair a sufficient hand for this? The table is slightly loose (25 vpip) and overall passive.
