Flush Draws OOP

Typical scenario:

100 BB stacks.
LP raises 4xBB.

Call with 89 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Flop comes 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

??

I have my own ideas, but I'm wondering what other people tend to do with these.
