4th Street Percentages/BB's per hour

I'm in the process of compiling my online statistics and reviewing online hand histories for weaknesses in my game. I know there's no ideal number (as it depends heavily on table/limit), but for 7CS, what is:

(1) A target 4th Street Seen %
(2) reasonable # of BB's won per # of hands figure (people claim that online hands run nearly twice as fast as live games, so looking for a more independant figure)
