Default AQo in the SB against a PF raise - turn check-raise?

All villains are pretty much unknown (6 hands each, I don't usually play during the day, so I have no mined hands on them).

Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Pre-flop (5 handed):
UTG raises, CO (poster) calls, Button folds, Hero calls (?), BB 3-bets, UTG calls, CO calls, Button calls, Hero calls.

Flop (4 players, 12 SB): K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG bets, CO calls, Hero calls, BB calls.

Turn (4 players, 8 BB): Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG checks, CO bets, Hero raises...
