Default Hows this semi-bluff look?

Party NL50 6-max

Villain A is button and is SLA-A with $48.55 - will make a C/B no matter what, and will slow down after
Villain B is SB and is LA-A with $68.55 - will stick his chips in with just a little piece
Hero is BB with $64.40 and is TAG so far

Hero is dealt 8c 6c
Folded to Villain A who raises to $2, Villain B calls, Hero calls

[$6] Flop: 4c 6d 7s
checked to Villain A who bets $3, Villain B calls, hero calls
(normally would raise but with B in the middle you never know his range of cards)

[$15] Turn: 9c
checked to Villain A who bets $5, Villain B calls, hero raises to $25

So, I figured with outs to the flush and straight outs with a pair I had enough to blow them off their weak bet/calls.

Criticism welcome as usual. :P
