Default Tough turn decision (?) 6-handed 10-20 LB

Some background history: Villain had been playing crazy on a 6-handed 5-10 table with me and lost like 1500 to me in 30 hands. Then he went up to 10-20 6-handed and I followed. When this hand came up I had played 50-60 hands with him (total) and I didn't know if he was: tilting, drunk or just very laggish. He seemed to be playing better at this level and winning more pots but still overbetting and bluffing.
Well here's the hand:

- Villain sitting in seat 1 with $3354.70 [Dealer]
- Seat 2 $400.00 [Sitting out]
- SB 3 $1081.36
- BB 4 $1351.00
- Hero sitting in seat 5 with $4606.15
- Seat 6 with $3307.56
posted the small blind - $10.00
posted the big blind - $20.00

** Dealing card to Hero: A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Hero raised - $60.00
Seat 6 folded
Villain called - $60.00
SB folded
BB folded

Dealing the flop (150): A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

Hero bet - $150.00
Villain called - $150.00

Dealing the turn (450): Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero bet - $450.00
Villain raised - $1350.00

Hero?

All help and comments is greatly appreciated. As you all can see there is only J-10 that beats Hero.
