This isn't a standard play for me by any means. I felt that if I CRed the turn, I could scare UTG into folding something like JJ, TT or maybe even AK, which would be worthwhile in this fairly big pot. Also, I thought having the CO in the hand actually helped make my turn CR look more convincing to UTG. By the turn, I figured the CO to have some kind of draw on the turn.
