Default Checking with outs - Commerce 40

SB is a regular, who is drinking heavily. He has an entire bottle of wine with him at the table. BB is tight, quiet, not much else to say about him.

I raise KsKd UTG. SB calls, BB calls, 3 to the flop.

Flop is AdJx2d.

Check-check-bet-call-call.

Turn is the 7d.

Check-check-check.

River is a 3 I think, not a diamond.

Bet-call-{???}

SB's bet was exaggerated. He either had a big hand or nothing. BB's call was nondescript, which is to say that he did not agonize or call time or anything, he just called.

Comments on my turn decision and what'd you do on the river would be appreciated.
