Poker in Europe?

Hey folks,
I know there have been some threads about it, but most of them are old or dont contain much information. Does someone know anything about Poker in the cities:

- Amsterdam
- Berlin
- Hamburg
- Prague
- Vienna

Like which games they offer, how regularly they go etc... I'm most interested in NL Holdem and tournaments, but would play limit holdem, pot-limit omaha or even limit omaha too.
Oh and I need to know how high the stakes are, and how good/bad the gameplay is. I'm a 1/2 NL 6-max player on the internet, never played live, have a huge bankroll though.
