Neteller Website Down or Not?

Each time for the last 3 days I log in to Neteller's website I get:


The Open Account, Sign In, and Transaction Processing portions of the NETELLER site are temporarily unavailable due to routine system maintenance and enhancements.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Everybody else having this problem or are this just jerking me around because of where I'm logging on from.

I'm only trying to get their Asia phone number (not the toll free which doesn't work here) number so I can ring the non-responsive sobs.
