Heads-up theory question

What do you think the EV of either seat is when BB has the Button like on party ? (5/10 blinds)

If you dont want to guess at this, but someone offered to play 10/20 heads up with you where the button doesn´t move, meaning you are either SB or BB(Button) for the entire session, which seat would you pick?

Basicly the question is whether the lower investment makes up for beeing out of position ?

If you dont think it´s close, then what blind structure would change your seat selection ?
