Good thread on slightly +EV all ins?

Can anyone point me to one of the many good threads that discuss whether/when to take slightly +EV all-ins? I'm constantly getting knocked out of tournaments all-in with QQ vs. Ax/Kx and can't help feeling that if I'm even moderately better than the average player in these tournaments I would be better off playing more smaller pots instead of trying to double up repeatedly. I think most of the top 2+2 players would tell me I'm wrong, so I'd like to see why.
