Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 4 handed) internettexasholdem.com
BB ($43.25) UTG ($71.66) Button ($40.07) Hero ($70.05) Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.25. UTG calls $0.50, Button calls $0.50, Hero (poster) completes, BB checks. Flop: ($2) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players) Hero bets $2, BB raises to $4, UTG folds, Button folds, Hero raises to $12, BB calls $38.75 (All-In), Hero calls $30.75. How do you play this out of position? Ideally I'd like to be the one pushing so I can have some folding equity, but that doesn't seem possible here unless I make some massive overbet. Calling his minraise doesn't make sense to me because if I miss the turn I'll likely have to face a big bet. Given that I raised I think my line would be to open push any turn. Would anyone suggest check/folding a missed turn (assuming he bets it big)? |
