Default Should I have folded this?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $6 BB (2 handed) pokerhand.org hand converter

Button ($673.80)
Hero ($786.40)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Button posts a blind of $6.
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $12</font>, Button (poster) calls $6.

Flop: ($24) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $12</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $42</font>, Hero calls $30.

Turn: ($108) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $84</font>, Hero calls $84.

River: ($276) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $250</font>, Button calls $250.

Final Pot: $776

I flopped a huge draw here, and I think I'm obviously getting the odds to call. However, several of my outs are obvious action killers so should I fold? Also how is the size of my river bet?

Relevant reads are I had been playing rather laggy, but we'd only been playing for about 10-15 minutes. I doubt he gives me too much respect. Not very many big hands shown down though. I'm new to NL, just trying to figure stuff out.
