PokerTracker question

I really would like to get PT for many obvious reasons. However, my poker program isn't supported by PT and after an email to them, they confirmed they have no plans to add it. I poked around my program and realized that it contains a stats section, and includes stats on all my play, depending on what type of game. I was just wondering, does this do everything that PT does? Does PT keep track of opponents play? Thanks for the help guys, much appreciated.
