Case of the Disappearing Money

I've never had this issue before, and I think it might be related to the skins going glitchy a half hour ago, but Pokertracker says I've had a ~$1600 winning session, whereas my poker account says I've broken even for the past 5 hours. Anybody else had similar? If the money doesn't magically appear in the next day should I drop Eurobet an email?
