typo in step 4?

step four says:

{[(710^0)/8] + 0,710} * 1000

the first part is 1/8 plus 710, so 710.125. Multiply that by 1000, and it should be 710125, but it opens a blank window.

I'm guessing the 0,710 is a typo. Any help?
