Default Calling Raises w/ AQ Suited

I thought about the need to throw this away after the second pre-flop raise (and I suppose I'll get yelled at for not folding to the first raise UTG too ), but I didn't because I had been able to take some pots with post-flop play as I had a tight image.

So just wondering if everyone lays this down to the second raise and if you don't, how do you play that flop, given that the 2nd raiser has represented AA or KK?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (9 handed) converter

SB (t1765)
BB (t1870)
UTG (t2295)
UTG+1 (t3940)
MP1 (t2115)
Hero (t3060)
MP3 (t4425)
CO (t1380)
Button (t1360)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 raises to t450, 1 fold, Hero calls t450, MP3 raises to t1200, 4 folds, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls t750.

Flop: (t3075) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero?
