Default A2-A9 UTG

Lets assume for a moment we're playing Party's NL50.

You are under the gun with A2o-A9o. What is your action. Do you limp for the .50? Or do you raise, say, to $2? If you are suited, does your action change? This has come up a lot for me and I'm never sure what the correct play here would be.
