How important is the difference between CO/Button
I'm curious, because I had the following hand:
65s 2 bad limpers, one tight limper, I have 65s in the CO, they're all passive Post-flop, one guy in the SB has raised twice in the first 9 hands I've observed him play, but that doesn't mean a whole lot. The other blind is LPP. With one more bad limper in the pot, I call in the CO. On the button, I'm going to call even in the present limper configuration (weird term, but it's the closest I can get). -------------- In SSHE hand examples, very rarely are you on the CO, most of the time it's the button instead. I'd like ot know HOW much more valuable it is to have the CO than the button. This gives us an idea of how often to "buy the button" when the value of our hand doesn't completely warrant it, and help us play in general when we're in the CO. Obviously, your actions in the CO depend on how loose and aggressive the button is PF, and how well he plays post-flop. This is just one thing that could be a consideration... Anyone want to discuss this? |
