Default Q9o, It looked good on the flop

My first hand at the table. I've played with UTG+1 before. He's a TAG, a bit on the passive side. Others are unknown.

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $5.

Flop: (5.40 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, UTG+2 calls, MP2 folds, CO calls.

Turn: (4.70 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)

I'm not happy about the number of flop callers or the turn card. What's my plan for the rest of the hand?
