Nearly-Surreal Rule about Capped NL bets at the Bike

Denny Williams, who I believe is the Tournament Director at the Bicycle Casino, used to comment on Live @ The Bike. Based on some of his comments during the shows, it would not surprise me if he was the one claiming the rule is in the TDA. He's an idiot in my opinion. There was one broadcast where he said he enforces the "show one show all rule" by forcing a player that flashes a single card to the table to show the other card. Ummmm...yeah, that's what that rule means Denny. Idiot.
