any1 been having any problems with transactions being declined? Over the past 8 weeks i've made 4 withdrawals, 3 of them have been declined in some part of the transactions (either from euro to neteller or neteller to my bank) indicating it's a neteller problem..? If it's from euro to neteller they seem to automatically try again and it works a few days later. Any1 else noticing this?
