It's enough to 8-table if you're a winning player. And 100s are nowhere NEAR twice as hard. I'd say they are about the same difficulty. 200s you see SOME increase in difficulty, but honestly not that much. The exact same play that I was using to beat the 25s I am using the beat the 200s. I honestly cannot point to very many adjustments that I have had to make. Essentially the only difference is that people tighten up a bit preflop as you move up, but with good table selection even that is untrue.
