Default [EPT] Age Restrictions?

The details of the age limit in the EPT events seem a little sketchy. I know ZeeJustin of 2+2 made a Final Table last year and is under 21, but I read something in the rules that is confusing me:

". Entrants must be 18 years of age or over the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater) to play either in satellites or in any of the Events. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Any player unable to produce such proof of age will be disqualified from participation in any of the Events, and no refund of any kind will be made. "

So does this mean I can't qualify to one of the events on PokerStars if im under 21?
