Default Ack, Turn Blows Up In My Face

Small Blind is tight/weak before the flop, but knows how to raise a bit post flop (20/2/1.5).

UTG seems to be loose passive, but has just arrived at the table recently.

I have very few hands on both.

Things were going along smoothly and then the turn just explodes in my face. I was completely lost. I figured I might get some more thoughtful answers if I do this in steps, so what do I do when it's two back to me on the turn?
