Poker rates at Monte Carlo and Excalibur?

Anyone know the current story on poker rates at Monte Carlo and Excalibur? Do they require 4 hours? 6? I assume they let you add hours if there are 2 people in a room? Can you book through the hotels then have the poker room call and get your rate reduced (I hear Bellagio and Borgota work like this) or do we need to book through the poker room?

PS- Over a year ago, I heard MC had a $59/night rate. Obviously, playing the 4 or 6 hours isn't a problem but the 6 hours in a given place might be, considering there is also Mirage, Bellagio, Mandalay, etc.
