Interpoker won't reset my all-ins

I haven't been able to get my all-ins reset on Interpoker for over 2 months. I've emailed them numerous times and finally called them today and the support rep(who was clueless and obviously doesn't know poker) tells me it's not possible to reset my all-ins. WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH THAT? Anybody had a similiar problem with Interpoker? I could understand if I ever abused the all-in protection, but the only time I was ever disconnected was when I used dial up for a few weeks while I changed high speed providers. I finally got so aggravated with the barely English speaking rep that I told her to forget it, I'll cash out and play somewhere else.
