Default Today\'s Final Jeopardy

Some of you may recall the Carnegie-Mellon student who wagered $1337 in final jeopardy, and see the obvious significance. Today he had the match equally well in hand and he wagered $1041.

What's the significance? I don't see that it spells anything. In upside-down speak of course it spells "lhol" but that is equally cryptic. It seems unlikely he wagered a random amount because of his choice last time.

Anyone have any idea what this means?
