Villian: 30/7/3 has me covered. He plays fairly tight ABC poker, nothing tricky though.

Folded around to the button who makes it $25 straight. I call. HU on the flop.

I lead out for 2/3 pot~ $40. Villian raises the full pot to ~$240. I call and raise to $600 straight. Villian hesitates and calls. At this point I put villain QQ or better with a big spade.
