I have a dell computer. When i turn it on, it gets to the windows load window. Then right after its done loading, it gets to a new window, but it is just a blue screen that says:

Urlmon.dll is possibly corrupted. computed Catchsum did not add up to actual Catchsum.

I ran through some diagnostics and it says i have an error with the LCD inverter.

The other big problem is that i do not have my windows cd with me.

Anyone have any ideas??
