You are getting about 3:2 on your money and you are a 2:1 dog to the SF draw and a near coinflip to the straight w/redraw. Folding should definitely be a thought here. But I don't think its something to be done automatically (this isn't Omaha). The question really comes down to how rational you think the villin is with a large stack. If he is rational at all its an easy fold, if a maniac then its an easy call, and inbetween is where poker is played.
