2-7 TD Heads Up

I play enough heads up that I don't want to get into what I specifically do because it'd really just help people play against me, but I think there is value in reraising your better two card draws (all else being equal).

Hopefully, it's obvious to reraise opponents with wider starting hand ranges and call against players who are tighter with opening. The most important deciding factor is how it affects your opponent. For example, I reraise more often against someone who folds too much.
