goat and ike write good. i agree with what they both said.

1 - big difference between 2/4 and 3/6 and 5/10 is the blind structure, it definitely affects the games, and you shuold understand how and why. particularly shorthanded.

2 - I sometimes 8 table the party 30 games short if I can't find higher games - just use 2 2001 fps and a decent computer (whole setup maybe 1500 these days)

3 - goat's point about limits getting tougher on avg as you move up is exactly correct. basically figure roughly a limit avg vpip of 35-37% at .5/1 up to 27 or so at 30/60 full table, with a 1-2% decrease per limit change.
